I took way too many pictures of this event, but here are a few that I thought I would share.

Now, this is my second time doing a Mukoro wedding, and they didn’t disappoint, again. Once again, a beautiful intimate ceremony with a grand style reception. If you want to party, come to a Mukoro wedding. (PS – They were actually inviting people to join the Mukoro family… I almost joined…Ha!!)

So, when Eric called me to shoot his wedding, I knew it was going to be a grand event. And it was, it was a mini-reunion. So, Rendy, you have found a great guy. A man of integrity, pride and humility. Plus, he knows a little Stevie Ray Vaughn…..lol…. (You should have seen him sing “Pride and Joy” to Rendy.) Good times!!!

But, what an emotion wedding? This one had me crying, ya’ll. Seriously. Eric and I share a very real memory. Both of our mothers past away while we were still young men. So, when Eric brought up a few special ladies (that helped him through the tough times) for the “Mother and Son” dance, I felt my mother’s presence. I couldn’t help but cry. Love & miss you, Mom!!

Poetry, melodies, artistry. Combine those with the love of Christ, and you have a powerful mix. I think everyone in the Chapel had a tear in their eye (including me). This is why I think God gave me the vision to capture life. To see his plan be recreated over and over again, through the union of his children.

Thus, it makes this day a special, special day!!

So, I began my trip to the ceremony in Conroe, not knowing how the day would unfold. And as soon as I got there, I knew it would be special. I opened the door to the Bride’s room, and I could just feel the wonderful emotion and excitement. (And, let’s be honest, sometimes it doesn’t feel that way.) And from that point on, I knew it was going to be a great day. Plus, the weather was great for shooting (overcast and cool).

Angie and Chris had a small, intimate wedding, but it was very elegant (just look at the venues). The wedding colors were vibrant but simple. And I think those colors describe the couple. (I’ll let you guess who was what color. LOL…) They had there closest friends and family there to share this special day.

So, congrats to Angie & Chris!! You had a wonderful wedding, and I’m glad I had an opportunity to be apart of it.

Now, this is what “Love at first sight!!” really means.

He is from New York and she is from Beaumont. He came down to help a friend move from Charlotte to Houston, and the first person he meets……….. is his future wife. Wow!! I had another couple with a story like this (see older posts), and it’s truly great to see couples with long distance relationships make it through and become one.

So, please help me congratulate Jasmine and Darrell on their marriage. (Post comments below)

She is from Austin, TX. He is from Los Angeles, CA. They meet in between in Las Vegas, NV. And they never let go. So, for over 2 years they have been planning. And I must say, they planned right.

They are a great couple. With a great story. With a great family. Thus, it created a truly great wedding. From beginning to the end.

I wish everyone could have been there to see this wedding unfold (minus the heat). There was so much joy, laughter, tears, and happiness. It was just a great site to see.

And it was well worth all the stress and problems, as they had a wonderful wedding. As you saw from my previous posts, the resort was gorgeous. I’ll say it again, I wish I was there a couple of more days because the time went by so fast.

Now, I had a very hard time deciding on the final pics for this slideshow. There are a ton of other pics I wanted to include from the other 2 days, but it would have been like an hour long show. Ha… (I’ll post some later, including some video).
