Liz & Joe – Engagement

Liz & Joe are an amazing couple!! We had tons of fun at Joe’s Fire-station (33 to be exact). Shout out to all the Medical Center Firefighters!! They were very helpful!! Especially, moving the big truck to a great location for us, so Liz & Joe can climb up the ladder. After the Fire-station, we traveled to Discovery Green to finish off the night. The street & park lights made the trees glow beautifully, providing a wonderful setting.

So, here’s to Liz & Joe, who are getting married on January 7, 2012 in Liberty, TX!!

Melodi & Terry – Engagement

Last week, I photographed a wonderful couple, Melodi and Terry. And since they meet at Rice University, well you guessed it, we shot there, as well. It was great!! With the help of Terry being a football alumni, we were able to jump on the field to take some pics. I was so excited, since it was my first time being on that field, and I’ve had many photo sessions at Rice University.

Great Couple. Great Location. Great Sunset.

This was a great shoot. And I love the sunset shots over Lake Conroe. Let me say it again. “I LOVE THE SUNSET SHOTS.” In fact, I wish I could have taken more, but we only had a 15-20 min window to take the shots. So, I was rushing some of them. But, they all turned out great. Also, their daughter is a charmer. She loves the camera and the camera loves her.

I had soooo much fun with this couple. If this is any indication of how the wedding will be, I think I better start getting some sleep now. This couple is like the “Energizer Bunny”, they keep going, and going, and going, and going………….
They are planning a destination wedding next year either in Mexico or the Caribbean. Oh, how I can not wait til then. If fact, this is just Round One of the engagement session. The next one will be even crazier. This will be a fun ride!!

Deidra & Evan Engagement

Her: Joyful Love……………Him: Tireless Love I have know this couple for a while. In fact, Evan is a great friend of mine and I consider him my brother. So, in actuality, this is family. So, when they asked me to photograph their wedding, I didn’t hesitate. In fact, I was just waiting to hear my name to be called. “Brad, I’m gonna need your services next year.” That’s all that Evan said, and I already knew what he was talking about without any more detail. What can I say about this couple? They are a very dynamic and powerful couple. In the future, I see both of them doing great things for this country. They just have “it”. And by “it”, I mean they have what it takes to be very properous, but have very humble hearts to give back. So, look out for Taunequia and Kofi.

Tiffany & CJ Engagement

We had an adventure on this photoshoot. First, we had to brave the rain without an umbrella. We got lucky, because it only sprinkled a little bit. Then, as CJ was helping Tiffany get out of the waterfall, both almost went swimming (last picture). But, in all, it was a great shoot. Congrats to Tiffany & CJ, who are getting married in September.

Brooke & Philip Engagement

I know these pictures don’t look like it, but it was hot this day. Whew……. But, as you can see, it didn’t matter. Brooke & Philip were a great couple to photograph. They are so laid back, they put me to shame. LOL…. But, they are getting married in November and should be a truly great event.

Jaime & Roderick Engagement

Congrats to Jaime & Roderick!! It was another hot day here in Houston, but we braved the heat. In fact, Jaime & Roderick provided some heat of their own…. LOL… But, as you can see, their pictures were worth taking on the elements. They have a very electric bond and it shows through their pictures… See you two in November!!
